He has a PhD. In Human Dynamics and Mental Health, holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Economics and Business Administration Studies. He is certified Executive Coach in Spain, Strategic, Life and Couples Coach in the United States, Psychology of High Performance Teams in Spain, Knowledge Broker and Mentor Manager in various disciplines of Harvard Business School in the United States. He has written books on economics, business and psychology.

After being Manager of multinational companies in the areas of Consumer Products, Technology and Industry, he founded VIRTUS INSTITUTE, through which he offers high-performance coaching services in strategy, innovation, leadership, change processes, negotiation, market research, team development, organizational culture and communication.

It has been recognized in the last 4 years as a "TOP influencer" worldwide by the academia.edu. In addition, he has represented his country in international forums on competitiveness and investment issues.
